working with somone to design the house.This week I will see if I can get

In other news I got my housing Sec 8. This ment I can take an temp renal
unil my house is done and not paid full price.

I got some land in mind for the house. I been trying to set up an meeting
witg the agent.

I needs to turn my foues to work, I have a few things to take care of.
As soon as I can I will get back to this project. If I get an meeting
with the agent I will take it.

Update on where I stand

I has been out of town for a few days and I make a few key decin. I will be moving
to a rental unil I can buit. I need to plans. I am looking for an small house, Napa
is very high place to live in.

In the plans I will built my study in the middile of the living area, so I
can see what is going in my houshold.

getting a down paymeant going

I am trying to get an downpayment for the land going. Builing is the
plan. I am trying not to eat out as much I don't anyway. As a starter.
I have a long way to go. I will soon open a bank acct to get stated saving

I had look all over Napa Valley for housing that might meet my needs and
there northing. I am in my appt unil I get an house built.

A few week ago my next door neight backyard had somthing major happen. I am
now feeling unsafe in my appt. My housing golds is now in two part. 1.To
find temp rent away from my current neightbers 2.Save up for a dowwnpayment so
I can built.

I need to fix somthings but I will be builting

I sorry I hav'n been postinng as of late. I will be builting not buying a house.
But its 3 years away.I need to start putting an dowmpaymewnt togetgher. I live
in a high cost area so my cost will be more. I have a goald in mind on how much I
need and how long it will take me to get the goald.


The other thing is I need to get my credit going. I can't get a loan without
credit.
